"Shooting Stars And What You Meant To Me" is a treasure. Rita left many gifts. Her family has chosen to share her poems and her art. I have enjoyed reading and sharing the book with friends. Rita's spirit continues to touch the lives of so many.
This is a beautiful book to own and to give as gifts. A portion of the procedes of the book benefit Rita's Rainbows which brightens young lives daily and carries on Rita's dreams.

I absolutely love my stress buster. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it.
I’ve had headaches for as long as I can remember, from tension, sinus to migraine headaches and I’ve always had to take medicines to help. Of course, even over the counter medicine like excedrin, which often works, is brutal on my system.
With Stress Buster, I can get rid of many of my headaches with no other intervention. That is a miracle to me.
I was so surprised that anything could do that. I was also surprised because usually when I have a headache, I can’t stand any smells at all. The only thing I can figure out is that the ingredients in Z's remedies are so pure that they don’t bother me at all. In fact, I find them to be even more soothing.
Now, of course, I so associate it with pain relief that I sometimes use it just for comfort if I feel I’m having a day that could turn out to be stressful.
Then 8 months ago when I found out I was pregnant, one of my biggest worries was what to do about headaches because I couldn’t take anything but tylenol which had never really worked for me. Again, my stress buster turned out to be vital and miraculous for me.
I have it with me at all times. I have one by my bed, one in my purse, one at my desk and one in the living room coffee table.
I give them away all the time because I can’t help but what to share it when someone is suffering.
I LOVE it.

I absolutely love these journals. I got my first one many years ago and waited so long to write in it because I didn't want to make any mistakes. I've learned since then, that you can't go wrong when you just dig in and express something in a journal. Writing anything, draw, scribble... even scratching out will be interesting to you when you view the journal as a whole or look back at it years later. It will reveal to you something about who you were and what you were feeling at that point in your life.
I still struggle with breaking in a new journal, but I strive to be bold and make a mark.
